"Here we are! Now spread out, find a healer." Kalak said, marching into the village. It would be good to keep these two busy for now. They didn't seem to be getting along well, and the less time they had to argue, the better.

Akira followed Kalak and the other...annoying...person. (jk) as she walked there was a man who walked buy with a large piece of wood with bowls of rice on it. "Hey just what i wanted!" She said snatching one op. Shoveling a bunch in her mouth she looked around. "waresa healer?" She took another mouthful. The man who she took the rice from gave a rather girlish shreik and ran off, dropping the plates of rice.

((Sorry it's taking so long to post, my hands are kind of tied at the moment. And yes, Akira, when I mentioned a demon, I meant you.))
Sileas tugged her pet closer to her as they passed through a set of gates, her step almost completely in sync with the man only a few inches before her. This trip was becoming more and more bothersome by the second. First there was that word she hated more than anything... Perhaps .... Perhaps they have a healer there. That word that chanced not only coming out of this with nothing, but also wasting a good amount of time. Plus, she could feel by the way Onyx's wieght on her arm increased that the wound was only getting worse.
...and then she heard a shriek. She was not paying attention to the one behind her, for she had no reason to... but, it seemed that the tailed thing ((yes, that's you again Akira)) was causing a ruckus. She let go of the panther's coat so that she didn't take her frustrations out on him. Not a second later, she swiftly spun around, swiped the bowl of rice from the Demon's hands, tipped it over and ground it into her head, all in one fluid movement. Despite what she may have been feeling on the inside, her face still remained completely stoical. In fact, her gaze grew colder as she momentarily darted her amber eyes into (insert colour here), slit ones.
"Focus." She hissed, though not a trace of even annoyance coloured her words. Oh how it burned NOT to attempt at her life. "The less attention we draw to ourselves the better. Don't make this more of a burden than it already is."
And with that, she spun around and roughly grabbed her pet by the neck again.

Kalak sighed. This was going to be more difficult than he had thought. "And that was why I wanted us to split up. No offence Akira, but our companion makes a valid point. There are better ways to get information than stealing someone's food. Perhaps you could simply ask them?"

Akira grabbed a glob or rice and chucked it at Sileas. "Well excuse me for being hungry." She said, standing on all fours and shaking herself free of the rice chunks. She stood up and shook her sleeve to get the rice out of her komodo. As they kept walking Kalak asked her the question. "As I said before, i'm hungry. Dogs don't have good manners so...I just rummage. Even if it means stealing food." She yawned, half asleep.

Sileas responded to the rice-canon with naught more than a cool flick of her fingers, sending the white grains off to the side. She refused to degrade herself to the Demon's level, and remained completely unfazed by it.
"Good-luck in getting anything from them, now..." She said, reffering to both the food, and the information at the same time. She knew how Humans were--They didn't take such a great liking to Demons, theifs and cryptic beings. The three of them were condemned the instant they took on that particular lifestyle... and now that the Demon had so blatantly given every reason NOT to trust them... well, this was only going to get that much harder.
Onyx gave a low grumble as Sileas' nails unconsciously dug into his flesh. At the sound, she instantly loosened her grip somewhat. She hoped that the shriek hadn't attracted too much attention... for all their sakes.

Akira did waist any time, she grabed a person by the sholder and started to ask,
"Hey do you happen to know whe--"
"AHH! GET AWAY FROM ME DEMON!! AHHH!" She women shreiked and hit Akira on the head with a broomstick.
"LET ME GO!" She yelled, with that Akira let go. She rubber her head in the spot she had been hit.
"Hey lady! I wasn't hurting you!!" She said, her ears pinning back in anger. Akira looked like she wanted to bite the lady.

Kalak shook his head. These villagers seemed a bit panicky, and Akira's rough handling of them wasn't helping. "Ia Nyarlathotep." he murmured, waving his hand over his face. Skin seemed to grow over his mask, and within seconds he looked like just another elderly monk. "allow me to handle this." he whispered to Akira, walking towards the woman she had just scared. "Excuse me, Miss, but could you direct me to a healer? My friend's pet has been gravely injured."

The women stopped screaming. She looked flustered and out of breath. "Only if you tell your mutt to stop attacking me!" She said glaring at Akira.
"I wasn't hurting you! You foolish old! --" the women bonked Akira on the head with a stick.
"the healer is over that way. All the way at the other end of the village. But I do think he is gone at the moment, he will be back tomorrow."

Kalak waited for the woman to leave before returning to his original appearance. "Wait here. I'll go inform our companion." Kalak checked to make sure no one could see them, and then shot straight up into the air, Settling himself high above the town. He looked around until he spotted Sileas, then darted back towards the ground, seeming to appear right behind her. "This town does indeed have a healer, but I'm afraid he won't be back until tomorrow. Can your pet wait that long?"

Akira shook her head to herself, her bangs waving in her face.
"Kalak thought I would stay here." She said jumping onto the roof of a house. "Everyone should know that im not a dog, i dont listen." But she couldn't help but smile a little. She bounded from rooftop to rooftop until she saw Kalak and Sileas. As she made a final jump to land on the ground, a human lifted a wooden bored into the air to move it. Unfortulatlly it got in the way of akira, she smacked face first into it. She dug her claws into the wood to keep from falling, and she scrabbled to get up so she could jump away. But the person holding the bored dropped in, along with Akira. Who splatted to the floor next to Kalak and Sileas.
"Im heeere." She mumbled through a face, and mouthful, or dirt.

Kalak and Akira would find Sileas sitting under a tree with Onyx's large, heavy noggin in her lap. She was smoothing the rest of the antidote along the small axe-shaped blades of her rings with a rag she had just snagged. It was a bit greesy, but so long as she got the blood off, she didn't care. Her wrists slowly twisted on the panther's broad forehead as she worked. His head was weighed down on her crossed legs, with no leverage at all from his loose neck. One eye was closed while the other was only slightly open, leavng but a tiny slit of neon yellow to show through. He didn't look well at all, as his fur was also starting to wilt, though only enough for her to notice. His bloodied shoulder pressed into her leg, the makeshift bandaged already stained red.
She hardly acknowledged Kalak when he appeared from behind. She was somewhat surprised that he had managed to gather that much, considering the Demon had acted the way she did. Somehow, she suspected the villagers to be more cautious, or rather paranoid. She drew in a calm breath as her lips pursed to form the first word, when a loud smack completely shattered any form of consentration she had, and she accidentally ran her thumb over the blade. Clamping her jaw shut, and closing both her eyes, she crushed the towel in a shaking fist.
"He will, I may not." She said quietly, coldly, once her jaw had relaxed a little, and slightly cracked open a single amber eye. She chucked the towel sideways at Akira. "You may need this..."
At this point, she had her back completely pressed against the rough bark and closed her eye again. The scraping somewhat distracted her from the current annoyance. She would have shot up and left... but Onyx needed the rest. Or rather, that was all he was able to do at the moment.

"I suppose it's settled, then." sadi Kalak, trying to ignore the apparent sarcasm from Sileas. "It's been a long day. you two should rest, I'll keep watch."
